How do I get personal assistance / support and how can I contact Staffomatic?

Staffomatic offers fast support and personal help. We take every concern seriously and we try to solve it as uncomplicated as possible.

If you have questions about our tool, then our support team is the best address, because we are able to forward your request to the right person or, in the best case, to answer your questions right away. In order to contact us, there are the following options:

  1. Use the live chat in the web/browser application, which is located in the speech bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen. Once clicked, you can directly find a matching article to your question by entering a keyword.
  2. Alternatively, you can find the knowledge base directly by clicking on "Need help?" and "Support Center".
  3. If there is no suitable article, just quickly answer two or three questions from our concierge Staffo, who will then forward you to the appropriate colleagues, with whom you can then chat in person. After our support team answered your chat request, you will also receive an Email. Even when you are offline.

We are available Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (Hamburg Germany time), except Hamburg public holidays.

Usually our support is slower in the morning due to the backlog between 5pm - 9am, especially on Mondays.
