After the users have been synced from Personio to Staffomatic, how can I delete them, so that they are not visible in Staffomatic anymore?
In Staffomatic, all users are generally counted, regardless of whether they are synced or not, whether they are locked or whether they are created with or without an email address.
Users in Staffomatic are referred to as admins, managers, and employees. If you want to remove a user from Staffomatic, you need to:
a) Turn off the sync > set it to No in the Personio integration.
b) Export user data (if needed) & delete the user from Staffomatic.
When you have an employee change, it's advisable to first delete the old user and then create the new user. This way, the employee count doesn't increase, and no additional license will be calculated.
