5. Deleting login data from the browser

1. Difference between mobile apps & web version

The features we offer on a browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox & Safari) are also available as Android & iOS apps in the Google PlayStore and Apple's app store. However, the staff app is only offering limited features compared with the web version.

The terminal apps are part of the time tracking section and features a login mask to set sharp a pin field used by staff to track their work time and offers exactly the same features as the web version.

Think of: Our data base is directly sourced from your browser. Android and Apple are working a little different and data needs to take a deviation. This is why sometimes services can appear differently on a browser compared with iOS or Android apps.

Especially if you want to take advantage of the latest features of Staffomatic or the staff app for some reason does not work properly, it is the best choice to setup your Staffomatic account as an app. It is very easy to do so as shown in this article.

2. Retrieving the links

Finding access to your account is easy.

  1. Head to staffomatic.com/en/login
  2. Put your e-mail address
  3. Chose one account from the list and enter your password
  4. Alternatively wait for e-mail notifications from hello@staffomatic.com and click a link inside.

Getting setup the terminal is very little more tricky.

Imagine you are taking over staff computer, you will need to get the link either by sending it via e-mail or you login to your account (not saving login data) and open the terminal from the time tracking section.

If you wanna setup the terminal on a mobile device without use of iOS or Android app, it is easiest to just type the URL reading from a computer or note.
