With the new feature, you can now schedule when the weekly plan gets published – and for whom. For example, share it with your "Early Bird" team before
Here's how it works:

Create your weekly schedule
Add all shifts as usual – the schedule must be ready before publishing. -
Open the publication options
In the weekly view, click “Publish” and choose “Staggered Publication”. -
Schedule the general publication
By default, the plan will be published to all employees.
You can choose the date and time. -
(Optional) Early access for specific groups
Add additional publication groups – for example, based on a badge like “Early Bird”.
⚠️ Important: These must be scheduled before the general publication. -
Adjust or remove publication times

Change the time in the calendar.

Remove an entry by clicking the minus icon.

Start the publication
Once everything looks good, click “Start Publication”.
You'll receive a confirmation that the schedule was successfully planned.
💡 Note: Group notifications will be sent automatically at the selected time.
