How can I save a schedule as a template?
Create a schedule as a template to import shifts into schedules in the future. This will save you a lot of time when planning shifts if the shifts and possibly also the assignments are similar week by week.
To do this, you create the weekly plan directly as a template when you create it. Simply give the template a name:
You can also save a finished schedule as a template afterwards. Click on "Edit" next to the desired schedule in the overview bar:
Then the window with the weekly schedule settings will open, in which you can give the template a name - see figure above.
You can see that a weekly plan has been saved as a template by marking it with a star.
How do I import shifts?
Shifts can easily be imported into a new weekly plan using the import function. First of all you create a schedule and save it as a template.
You can include this template or parts of it in another schedule at any time using the import function.
First you create a new schedule by klicking the plus in the schedule navigation bar. In the second step click on "Actions/ three little dots" and then on "Import shifts".
