You can save a weekly schedule / rota as a template and can import these templates or parts of the templates to any schedule.
How can I save a schedule as a template?
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner in the schedule.
- Here, you have the option to save the current week as a template.
- Name the template and click 'Save'.
Use a past week to create a detailed schedule template for future use, saving time when planning similar shifts and assignments each week. It is easier to import and delete shifts as needed rather than creating them individually each week.
How do I import shifts?
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
- Click on 'Import Shifts'.
- Select the appropriate weekly plan template and optionally enable or disable the assignments to be imported.
- You also have the option to import individual work areas.
How do I manage a weekly schedule template?
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
- Click on 'Manage Templates'.
- When you hover over the respective template, three dots will appear.
- Here, you can rename, edit, or delete the template.
Change the title of the template: Rename the template to better identify it.
How do I edit a template?
Click on 'Edit' after clicking on managing the template.
When you click 'Edit', the Template Manager will open. Here, you can customize the template to your liking. Once you've made your changes, the template will be automatically saved.
You can now easily import the revised template.
