Find out, who can create shifts and more importantly for whom this permission is applicable.
Administrators and managers with the corresponding permissions can create shifts. While the administrator can create shifts for all locations/departments, the manager can only create shifts for the location/department assigned to them.
Managers can create shifts only if an administrator has granted them the necessary permissions in their user profile. It can be specified whether they are allowed to create, edit, and/or delete shifts.
Employees lack the authorization to create shifts. Instead, they can exclusively apply for or assign themselves to existing shifts, based on the schedule settings.
