Are special days only public holidays? How can I import public holidays?
Special days include public holidays, which can be imported into the schedule depending on the country and region. However, individual special days can also be created, such as Christmas parties, training courses or other company events.
You can import public holidays in the schedule using the import function.
A location must be selected to import public holidays!
- To do this, go to the menu item "Absences" and click on "Special days".
- Then click on the left "Import public holidays" which opens a new window.
- In the newly displayed window you can select the country and the desired year.
- Once you have made all the necessary settings for your import, just click on "Save" and your public holidays are imported.
ATTENTION! There is no additional information that your settings have been saved.
- Now you can navigate to your public holidays by switching to the correct year in the upper right corner.
How can I create a special day?
Go to the tab 'Absences' and click on special days.
A location must be selected to create a special day!
Click on 'Create new day' and enter a name, select a colour and choose the date. At the end click on 'Save' and the special day will be visible in the schedule.
