1. Time Tracking
Our time tracking tool is a digital form of the good old attendance clock. Working on any browser or via app it allows each staff to pin for starting attendance and also when the working day is over. There are a number of settings allowing you to customize and to register attendance on the second and forward it via Excel export. For further details please see the following article:
2. Work time Account
The Work Time Account is the extension of our time tracking feature and allows to calculate overtime hours resulting from preset target hours, absences and actual worked hours from the time tracking (or from the schedule as an alternative).
The overtime hours can be managed per staff in an individual time account. More details here:
With our cooperation partner Payfit you can forward actual worked hours from Staffomatic to Payfit and thereby ease your accounting and payroll management. The feature will lower your cost per employee and save money. The connection between our apps is going to be improved steadily.
Staff is organized by the schedule and usually they will come and go as planned. Deviances can be registered via the reports section, and the system can also be told if the staff attended or not. The Excel export can be made for any time frame. It is important to note that it works only this way. You cannot adjust the schedule in the aftermath of shifts - the reports section won't recognize it. For more details look at the following article:
