Staffomatic is connected to an open source databank featuring public holidays from all over the world. Choose your location and import your local public holidays per location annually.
You can display public holidays in the weekly schedule using the import function.
- To do this, go to the menu item "Absences" and click on "Special days".
- Then click on "Import public holidays" on the left, which will open a new window
- In the newly displayed window you can select the country, region and the desired year.
- Once you have made all the necessary settings for your import, click on "Save" and your public holidays are imported.
ATTENTION! There is no additional information that your settings have been saved.
- Now you can navigate to your public holidays by switching to the correct year in the upper right corner.
- Changes can be made for each individual public holiday afterwards, e.g. you can decide whether it should be visible in the rota/schedule or whether it should account for a public holiday or not.
Holidays are imported via third party open source, hence please double check every time you import
