Assign your employees to appropriate work locations considering the adequate holidays according to their locations.
Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. On the navigation bar click on 'Employees'
2. Click on the name of the employee displayed in blue
3. You should now be able to see the employees profile
4. In the employees profile click on 'edit'
5. A new window will open with the employees base data
6. Scroll down to 'contract properties' and click on 'place of work'
7. In 'place of work' you have different regions to choose from
Attention: When the deployment location is defined, the corresponding holidays are taken into account in the working time account and displayed in the absence request.
