The most common reasons why the login doesn't work are the following:
- A wrong password has been entered. Solution: click on 'forgot password?'. We will send you an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you do not get this email, it is because:
- the email address is wrong. Often 'gmail' and 'googlemail' are being mixed up.
If you are not sure what email address you used to register at STAFFOMATIC, check the inboxes of the email addresses you own and look for the invitation for STAFFOMATIC.
When in doubt send us an email with the name of the company, email address, your pre- and surname and we will check your data.
