With rights we mean what a certain person is allowed to do in a STAFFOMATIC account.

An administrator can / is authorized to: 

An administrator has an overview of all events in all location and has access to all functions. - he / she has access to all locations, can create schedules and edit sensitive account data - he / she can create and edit employees - he / she can switch roles between administrator, manager and employee - he / she can upload files, send messages and make evaluations.


A manager can / is authorized to:  

A manager only has access to locations and departments he has been assigned to by the admin. He / she can be deployed as a planer. - he / she can create and edit schedules and employees - he / she can upload files, send messages and make evaluations. 


An employee can / is authorized to: 

An employee can be assigned to one or multiple locations. He / she can not create shifts, assign employees to them or upload files. He / she can simply apply for shifts, see his / her rota and swap shifts (if this is enabled).
